Whether you're taking your fitness to the next level or just beginning the journey, Ragnar has multiple options to meet your needs.  Get hooked on the energizing Cardio Jam Session called POUND or blow your goals out of the water during a Rockin' HIIT Session.  Finally, find restoration and relaxation during one of our many YOGA sessions.  We are centrally located, just off Main Street in downtown Bellefontaine, making it easy to drop in and join us!

Ragnar's classes are geared for all fitness levels as we strive to help all of our members achieve their individual goals.  Our approach to fitness is FUNCTIONAL.  By providing a variety of formats, we maximize time and energy, creating the perfect schedule to provide whole body health.  We offer Pound, HIIT and Yoga classes at our downtown Bellefontaine Studio Monday through Thursday and on Saturday as well.  Check the Class Schedule page to find the classes that best fit your needs.
