WE'RE BACK! The Ragnar studio is now open for classes! We have implemented a strong formation of safety procedures and are limiting classes to no more than 8 participants at one time.
Currently our schedule provides a morning class at 10AM and an evening class at 4:30PM, daily, Monday - Thursday as well as our morning classes on Saturday at 10 and 11am!

This class is designed to make getting active as fun as it is healthy for our seasoned members in the 65+ community! Improve mobility, decrease restrictions, prevent injuries...these are our top goals with this half hour SILVER SNEAKERS class. With the use of props like chairs, mini exercise balls, bands and low weights we will work with functional movement to increase blood flow and generate healthy heart activity! Not to mention, our tunes are pretty fantastic as well! Our low impact class is a perfect excuse to get out and stretch your legs, so bring a friend and join us on Tuesday's and Thursday's each week!
