VINYASA FLOW


Each class will aim to improve mobility and increase strength through stretching and holding poses in a coordinated sequence.  By focusing on function and form, we will cater our practice to meet the needs of individuals      in their day to day movements.  Beginning each class with a breathing sequence and warm up phase, we then will progress through a working phase and finish with a cool down.

HIIT

HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING


Repeated cycles of HIGH INTENSITY efforts followed by shorter recovery periods.  This approach maximizes time and energy helping to improve Blood Pressure, Cholesterol Profiles and Metabolism as well as promote lean muscle build and target belly fat through strength and conditioning.  HIIT can be easily modified for people of all fitness levels and burns more calories than a typical workout.

PILATES + YOGA     


Created by Chalene Johnson, PiYo combines Yoga and Pilates to build strength, increase flexibility and lose weight.  If you love Yoga and Pilates but want to take it up a notch, PiYo is the perfect class for you! By combining dynamic, constant flowing exercises, we increase the heart rate, burn calories, and build muscle tone. Additionally, PiYo improves range of motion, balance and decreases stress and is suitable for all levels.

With the world's first cardio jam session inspired by the energizing fun of playing the drums.  Using lightly weighted Ripstix in a full body workout which uses Yoga and Pilates inspired moves, POUND creates the perfect atmosphere to burn calories, tone up and rock out!  Each workout is easily modified to meet all fitness levels making it the perfect addition to any fitness program.

CORE CONDITIONING                                     

Using light to moderate weights we focus on building lean muscle and strength as we move through traditional weight training movements.  With benefits such as weight loss, bone loss prevention and  increased core strength this class is a perfect addition to your fitness routine.  The upbeat tempo and ability to modify make this an exciting class, suitable for all levels!

WAIST DOWN TONING & SCULPTING


Join in as we target the muscles from the waist down!  We work with the muscle shaping principles of isometrics to elongate and strengthen the core and lower body.  Each class will provide a heated 15 minute abdominal session as well as 30 minutes dedicated to the seat and legs!  Feel confident as we work, sculpt and burn to our favorite tunes!  Each class will provide modifications as necessary, making it appropriate for all levels.
